We are the Northern Shaolin Eagle Claw War Art School International. Teaching strictly traditional Northern Shaolin Chinese Martial Arts and Eagle Claw Kung Fu.
Our founder and teacher is Grandmaster Fu Leung. Teaching Shaolin Kung Fu since the early 1970's, we have schools in many major international centers. Instructors are hand picked and personally trained by Grandmaster Fu Leung. Training is ongoing and seminars are held continually on a rotational basis in all of our schools, all of them being taught personally by Grandmaster Leung.
This home page is based in Portland, Oregon, the home of the Oregon branch of the Bak Shaolin Ying Jow Wu Shu Pai International.
The local branch is administered by Sifu Gerald L. Hunsucker. Sifu Hunsucker is one of the first and original students that Grandmaster Fu Leung started with, and one of only 4 instructors from Grandmaster Leung's original group that is still actively teaching. He has been continually associated with Grandmaster Fu Leung for a period of 26 years of personal closed-door training. Sifu Hunsucker teaches ongoing classes at the VA Medical Center in Portland, Oregon.

These pages have been placed here as an effort to help people who are interested in the styles we represent and teach to gain access to our instructors and schools worldwide, and for no other reason.

I have satisfied myself through my own personal experiences over the last 25 years that all of the information presented here is not exaggerated, nor is it misrepresented in any way.

I realize it has been fashionable since the beginning of magazines such as "Inside Kung Fu", etc. to argue and contest interminably, ad nauseum, the factuality and accuracy of information such as that which is presented here.

I personally have no interest in arguing the merits of this or that master, or the veracity of any number of statements which might have been, or will be made now, or in the future. I feel that this constant arguing, bickering and contesting in print, or in person totally obfuscates the true spirit of the martial arts with its childish, unenlightened approach. Because of that, I refuse to indulge in any such discussions.

Therefore, if you wish to e-mail me to obtain information about training, or schedules for seminars, or other such informational requests, please feel free to do so.

If, on the other hand you wish to e-mail me simply to start an argument, or challenge the information presented here as to its content, or accuracy, please don't bother to waste your time, it would be better spent training, as all such e-mail communications will be ignored.
