A Note About Our Project Management Policies

- Scope is defined as being the complete and final outline of a project including all graphic design specifications, styles, overall design, layout, and any and all elements to be included in the project, including, but not limited to, any of the services listed below in the rate card.
- The scope of any project is to be determined in it's entirety before commencement of actual work on said project.
- Any changes or additions made to the project at the client's request after commencement of work will result in a "Change of Scope" assessment and appropriate fees based on the rates below will be applied.

| e] Periodic maintenance (weekly, monthly etc.) | $150.00 Monthly maintenance charge.--includes all minor changes. Major changes requiring complete re-write are billed at the regular rate of $150.00 HR. |
| f] Multimedia Services (Audio-Video) | $200.00 HR--Plus cost of media for on location AV aquisitions to be applied to web pages. |
