A NOTE ABOUT PROJECT MANAGEMENT POLICIES

Scope is defined as being the complete and final outline of a project including all graphic design specifications, styles, over all design, layout, and any and all elements to be included in the project, including, but not limited to, any of the services listed below in the rate card.
The scope of any project is to be determined IN IT'S ENTIRETY before commencement of actual work on said project.
ANY changes made to the project at the client's request after commencement of work will result in a "Change of Scope" assessment and appropriate fees based on the rates below will be applied.
Said in plain language, let's you and me agree on what you want before we get started, and if you change your mind, you gotta pay for it. :-)

a] Initial Design	$250.00
b] All subsequent pages	$100 with inline graphics--Can be more for pages requiring complex graphic creation, audio, video, forms,java applets, online catalog ordering systems, password protection, etc.
c] Text only pages	$100.00
e] Periodic maintenance (weekly, monthly etc.)	$ 100.00 Monthly maintenance charge.--includes all minor changes. Major changes requiring complete re-write are billed at the regular rate of $100.00 HR.
f] Multimedia Services (Audio-Video)	$200.00 HR--Plus cost of media for on location AV aquisitions to be applied to web pages.
